How to delete an account

Your account will be deleted along with all your data. Keep in mind that you are not able to reactivate the account or retrieve any of the content after deletion.

To suspend and delete your account:

  1. Go to the account page .
  2. Select in Profile menu Suspend account option.
  3. Provide a reason for deleting account.
  4. Confirm account suspension.
  5. Your account will be suspended and deleted forever.

To continue using VIPole service you need to sign up for a new account. You can create a new account using the same email or phone number, but you cannot use the same login.
