Server connection issues

If you have problems connecting to the main VIPole server, the connection status is displayed as "Connecting ..." or the application displays the "Not connected to server" error:

  • Make sure you have a stable Internet connection. Try to open websites in the browser on your device. If the website pages do not open, you probably lost the Internet connection.
  • Some VPN services can block the ports our application uses by default. To restore the connection, go to Settings > Connection > Server and change the following settings: Server: vipole.com , Port: 443.
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of VIPole for your device. In the computer app check for updates through the Main Menu > Tools> Check for updates, for Android devices - on the Google Play app page, for iOS devices - on the Apple Store application page.
  • If our recommendations do not help, please contact our support service.

If you are connected to the server, and the application displays your account status as "Online", but you are experiencing problems with synchronizing data and chat history, read these tips.
