Register a Deal

To register a deal

  1. A reseller sends VIPole a Software order form containing end user details and required software specifications to personal manager or directly to business development manager Olivia Backer Olivia.backer@vipole.com.
  2. VIPole processes the order within 5 business days and may request additional information about the lead if necessary. After accepting the order, VIPole sends the reseller an Invoice specifying the price of the software and the reseller’s discount.

    After the reseller gets the Invoice, the lead is tracked as reseller’s within a year.

    *The prices in the Invoice are determined by basic VIPole pricing stated in the Agreement

  3. The reseller clears the Invoice - partly or the full amount, which is specified individually within 2 business days.

After that, VIPole provides the requested software as well as related user documentation, license files and access rights within 2 business days.

NB! Optionally, the reseller concludes the SLA-agreement with the end user and provides software and technical support to the third party independently. Otherwise technical support can be provided by VIPole directly, if the reseller isn’t interested in this service.
