Activation link not received

If after registration you did not receive an email with the link to activate your account:

  • Check the Spam folder (or other folder according to the configured filters) in your mail client. In Gmail, for example, our service messages can be found in the Promotion folder.
  • Use the search for the word "VIPole" in your email client.
  • Make sure you have correctly entered your email when registering. Just enter your email address in the registration form, if the address is already registered, then the mail is correct.
  • If the above suggestions did not help, try using another email address or register with a mobile phone number.

The link for activation of the account is valid 24 hours after registration, after which the record of your registration will be deleted, and you need to register again (you can repeat registration with the same login and data).
