Change your login

Your login (VIPole ID) is set once and forever, you cannot change it. However, you can change your nickname that other users see in their contact lists, you can do so in Profile/Account section of your VIPole app.

If you need a new login (VIPole ID), you will have to create a new account.

If you need to register a new account with the same email or mobile phone number that you use now – you will need to suspend you current account using your Profile page.
