If you cannot open your local profile and you see a Fatal Error, it can be caused by several reasons. The most common one is the corruption of the local application database.
In this case, we recommend to reload the local profile. All the data of your profile, including the contact list, groups and history, is downloaded from the VIPole server again and a new local database is formed.
In VIPole desktop applications, you can reload the profile in the login window. Click > Reload the profile from the server.
