Change/reset your password

There are two ways to change your password:

  • In the Security tab of desktop and mobile applications.
  • On your account page on VIPole website.

You need to enter the old password and then enter and repeat the new one. If you have set SMS confirmation, you need to confirm the changes with a code sent to your phone number.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. After you reset the password, you will see your username. To reset a password, enter your current email, a phone number attached to the account, or your login (VIPole ID). The phone is entered with the country code, but without the plus sign.
