How is VIPole Enterprise licensed?

VIPole server software is licensed based on the amount of user accounts on the server. The cost of the license depends on the functionality, the number of the options you’ve chosen and the use of additional modules.

• Annual and subscription-based licensing includes free updates of client and server software.
• You can extend and renew the license regularly. For purchasing the license for the next year, you get a 20% discount.
• The license cost is calculated depending on the number of active users and is not tied to their names and devices. If certain users are inactive in the system – you do not pay for them, because we count only active accounts. You can add, replace and block users.
• The license is linked to the relevant server database and enables transparent migration of server software between physical servers or additionally purchased servers without the need to update the license.
• In certain cases, a lifetime license can be provided with an individual update process for the client applications.
