Make voice calls in VIPole

You can call any user from your contact list when he or she is online.

To call a user, click on the call icon in the chat window or right-click on the contact name and choose the call option in the context menu.

You have several options to end a call

  • The Finish button in the chat window.
  • The phone icon on the right above the text input window.
  • The phone icon on the Calls tab on the left from the chat.

During a call, you can switch between VIPole windows, open other chats and notes.

You can hold calls clicking on the hold icon and switch between calls, clicking on the arrow icon on the Calls tab.

  1. To call a user, open a chat with him or her and tap on the phone icon in the upper right corner.
  2. The call screen will open and when your contact accepts the call – you will be able to talk. You can hold a call and manage the speaker and the microphone.
  3. Tap on the red phone icon to end a call. The duration of the call will be marked in the chat.
