Can't receive messages

By default, in VIPole communication is possible only between authorized users. If you do not receive messages, the following reasons are possible:

  • You have not authorized adding the user to your contact list. If you do not receive messages from a particular contact, make sure that you have authorized the contact. Select Security> Authorization in the menu of the corresponding contact and select the Authorize option. Learn more about how to send an authorization request
  • You added the user to the blacklist. If you wish to resume communication with the user, exclude the contact from the blacklist. Learn more about managing the blacklist
  • There is no connection to the VIPole server. Make sure that the message was sent by the contact. Perhaps when trying to send a message, a connection to the VIPole server was lost and the message delivery was delayed.
